Serene Premier Hotel, Hanoi

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, functional, and equipped with all amenities, although it was a bit stuffy with a faint smell of cigarettes which was a pity. The service was exceptional, from providing codes for safe transportation to going the extra mile to change our tickets. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all city attractions. The dining experience was brilliant, with a la carte options made to order and delivered right to our room. The facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel rooms were on the smaller side but had everything we could possibly need, including air conditioning, a great shower, fast wifi, complimentary tea, and fresh fruit.
